Good Folks Property Care was founded by two brother-in-laws who saw a simple but important need in their community: helping people keep an eye on their homes when they can’t be there themselves. Born and raised in the Keweenaw, Cody and Ian combine hands-on care, technical know-how, and strong local connections to provide dependable property check-ins and oversight for locals, snowbirds, and seasonal residents.
