Cody Goodreau
Cody Goodreau oversees property care with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach rooted in a lifelong connection to the Keweenaw. Born and raised in L’Anse, Cody grew up with a love for the outdoors and working with his hands—values that continue to shape how he approaches his work today. He earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University and spent years working in a variety of engineering roles before co-founding the business alongside his brother-in-law, Ian Helman.

Ian Helman brings a thoughtful, problem-solving mindset to overseeing property care and operations. Raised in Houghton, Ian has always had a knack for tackling complex challenges, which led him to earn multiple degrees in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University. His technical background, paired with a collaborative approach, helps ensure properties are cared for thoroughly and proactively.
